Zeynep’s curiosity for new tastes, unique flavors and her desire for traveling to discover new sights brought her to New York. In 2011, she graduated from the School of Baking and Pastry Arts of the New York Institute of Culinary Education. She has worked, interned & volunteered at different organizations in New York, London and Paris. Her passion for the field of French pastry is, to innovate and create an authentic experience by using only the freshest of ingredients and baking daily, became a reality when she founded Antoinette Boulangerie with her sister, Ayca User.
Zeynep has always been recognized for her outstanding practical skills, her strong character and work ethic. She has an MBA in Marketing Management from Pace University and Master’s of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University.
