Amanda is the Manager at Antoinette Boulangerie where she oversees the day to day operations of the bakery, guides marketing efforts, and runs the growing wedding business.
Before coming to the bakery, Amanda started Cocktail Caravan Bar – the first mobile bar and signature cocktail catering service for outdoor weddings in New Jersey – which she still currently runs today.
Prior to that, she worked in many treasured Red Bank restaurants while attending Rowan University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism. Amanda brings her deep wedding industry knowledge to the bakery, coupled with her expertise in writing, social, and event planning to help Antoinette Boulangerie continue to grow and expand.
When she’s not running the bakery or crafting up new cocktails, Amanda can be found woodworking with her fiancé Mark at Hold Steady Wood Co. or shopping through Red Bank.
